Interrogation by fist

     Our adventure begins with the 3 main characters, Zerek, Humbly, and Rowdry setting off towards Oleg's trading post, a small post in the middle of the Stolen Lands. The party reaches the outpost safely and speaks with Oleg, and they hear from him that a group of bandits have began collecting protection money. The party decides to fight the bandits when they return the next day.
     The bandits arrive promptly and are quickly defeated by the party. All are killed except for their leader, Haps Byden. The party decides to interrogate Haps in the old storage room.
     They tie him up and wait for him to wake up. When he does, Zerek punches him straight in the face and knocks him out again. Humbly proceeds to heal him until he returns to consciousness. They then ask a series of questions about the bandits. If Haps gives them an answer they don't like, Zerek knocks him out and they heal him again. This continues for quite a while until the party thinks they have gathered as much information as they can.
     Zerek learns from Haps that he didn't really like his place with the bandits, since he was second to a woman and treated like crap. Through fists and persuasion, the party convinces/forces Haps to join them and fight against the bandits which he was once a part of.
     The next day, the party learns of a small tribe of kobolds that have been causing problems for the people living near Oleg's trading post. the party quickly heads to the cave where the kobolds reside, using the horses that the bandits had brought with them. The party enters the cave with the intention of calming the kobolds and maybe creating an alliance. They bribe the guard to let them in quietly, but they proceed to kill the other kobolds who attack them relentlessly. They defeat the kobold tribe and their chieftain and shaman, and get some decent loot in the process.

The first session ends here, but I'm going to go over into the second session.

     The party also frees a Mite, a small creature that is at war with the kobolds, and allow him to return to his home for information of the Mite home. The party returns to Oleg's post and receive their reward for dealing with the kobolds. They find a few more tasks that they should complete, and a young sorceress that is willing to help them out. (Rachel decided to join us for the session, so Zac made an extremely crappy sorcerer for her to play.) The party explored the lands south of Oleg's post, finding kobolds terrorizing a farm of moon radishes, and the bandit camp that Haps once called home. the group defeated the kobolds and collected a few baskets of moon radishes, knowing they would be worth a hefty reward.
     They decided to attack the bandit camp at night. The battle went well, except for Humbly's lion being cleaved in twain by the bandit leader.

The second session ended there because we have exams this week and people need to study. Ugh.
