So I have my AP Calculus Exam this coming Wednesday, and I am not excited. I have spent the last year of high school preparing for the test, and I still feel like it is going to whoop my ass. I went to the school last night, along with 6 other math-elites for a small practice test. I said down in our computer lab and started working. 45 minutes flew by, and our teachers buzzer went off. We went through and checked all of our answers. For those who don't know, the AP test only requires a 60% to pass, which sounds pretty easy compared to most tests. After tallying up all the points, I end up with 7.5 points out of 18. That's not even close to the 60% I need.
We went over all of the answers, and I felt so stupid looking at all of the stupid mistakes I had made, but I am glad that I was able to get a few of the difficult ones correct.
So today I'm going to take another practice test. This time it will be the full length of 3 hours, and I am definitely not looking forward to it, but I really need the practice. Ugh...
